Citrix Systems Administrator (M/F/D)

for its IT department in Luxembourg-City on a permanent contract at 40h/week (ref: AN2105-01328)

Missions :

• Leading or participating in a project : computer installation, installation of a new application or server.
• Monitor applications and servers.
• Monitoring and updating the configuration and architecture of the information systems infrastructure in line with developments in the DataCenter and Cloud solutions.
• Ensuring and improving the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of IT data and equipment.
• Ensure the installation, administration and evolution of Solutions and systems.
• Install and ensure the proper functioning of applications.
• Ensuring the complete backup of environments.
• Develop procedural guides for the internal use and operation of IT tools.
• Anticipating problems in the operation of solutions and dealing with incidents.
• Ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of the proposed solutions and provide hardware and software support.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical expertise.

Profile :

• 2 years of higher education in computer science, information systems or other related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and CITRIX / xenapp / xenmobile /netscaler environments required.
• Mastery of GPO, file servers, print servers.
• Good level of scripting (PowerShell).
• Knowledge of Service Now is an asset
• ITIL certification is an asset
• Flexible working hours (7am-7pm Monday to Friday and rotating on-call duty on weekends and public holidays)
• Fluency in French and technical English, knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is an asset
