Your Tasks

• Get to know Dennemeyer and gain first insights into the IP World
• Become proficient in the maintenance of Intellectual Property assets
• Dive into Patent, Design and Trademark Renewal Processes and acquire knowledge of the IP Service Provider concept
• Learn about the Dennemeyer apps: IP Lounge, Portfolio Management App and Octimine
• Develop a concept on how to improve the apps by analysing the feedback collected in the demo sessions
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to nurture client interest in Dennemeyer; and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Develop video content/ explanation videos for customers on how to use our apps
• Collaborate with marketing team members to develop various sales enablement materials

Your Profile

• Bachelor/ Master student in Economics, Marketing, Social/Intercultural Studies, or related fields
• Ambitions to learn about our company and services
• Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Proactive team player, with a precise and autonomous way of working
• Fluency in English is mandatory (written and oral); German and/ or French will be considered as an asset

• Start date: preferably between January and March 2022
• Duration: 6 months or longer
