LuxConnect acts as a facilitator and incubator in the ICT industry LuxConnect is a multi tenant and multi Tier Data Center provider and Dark Fiber network operator based in Luxembourg and has two open job positions The two positions are full time jobs and will be governed by an open end contract
Sales Manager [M/F]
LuxConnect is looking for a Sales Manager to enforce its Sales team. He/She will report directly to the Management.
The main responsibilities
• Implement the Sales Strategy with a focus on Data Center activities;
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvements to grow revenues;
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements to maximize profits and ensure the execution of the contractual work and documentation;
• Ensure in collaboration with the Operations’ teams the timely and successfully delivery of the company’s solutions according to customer needs;
• Serve as point of contact for all customers and build, maintain a strong, long term relationships with them;
• Monitor sales metrics ( e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
The main requirements
• Proven sales experience (min. 10 years);
• Knowledge in ICT environment is an advantage
• Drive for results and able to meet deadlines;
• Skilled negotiator with experience in handling commercially sensitive negotiations with international customers
• Multilingual in French and English. Luxembourgish would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills
