The Luxembourg Red Cross is recruiting
Donor relationship manager (M/F/D)
to support the « Fundraising » department in Luxembourg on the basis of a permanent contract at 40h/week (Ref : AN2101-01223)
Missions :
• Consolidate and increase the financial and in kind support in favor of the Luxembourg Red Cross activities
• Represent the Luxembourg Red Cross, its values and principles to the public
• Build excellent long-term relationships with individual, institutional and corporate donors for a sustainable resource development
• Manage the administrative support of donor and prospect database
• Manage digital media in support of fundraising activities
Profile :
• Educational background in marketing, communications, business, law or social sciences
• A first professional experience in project management
• Good knowledge of direct marketing
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Good knowledge of the social, political and economic environment in Luxembourg
• Excellent command of English. Fluency in German, Luxembourgish and/or French.
