After an apprenticeship, travel agents in Luxembourg receive their DAP (diplôme d'aptitude professionnelle) before they are employed in a permanent position at the agency in which they did the apprenticeship. The practical part covers customer consulting, mastering the various booking systems, as well as administrative duties.
