Danielle Crokaerts-Janssens of Key Job SA

You occupy the position of CEO and personnel manager at the same time. What do you find particularly interesting about this double function?

Key Job has existed for more than 30 years. I started at the very bottom in the company, and I was able to acquire the necessary experiences and abilities in the course of being appointed to new positions. The assumption of the function of HR manager was quite natural. I had a university diploma in commercial sciences, and the team management was part of my university education.

Danielle Crokaerts-Janssens

Managing Director from Key Job SA since 1986

What professional profiles are you looking for?

Because there are four languages used in the field of work in Luxembourg, we mainly look for multilingual staff. To work in the area of further education and training, you need to be at an academic level and hold a minimum academic qualification and demonstrate pedagogical competences. Irrespective of their IT competences, these employees are guided and qualified internally by us – according to our methods and with our instruments. In addition, we are looking for experienced senior training specialists, who are adequately qualified as course instructors in individual development.

What do you regard as the most important criteria for hiring applicants?

The use of digital technology strongly encourages us to adapt our existing methods in the conceptualisation of our activities and in the design of the cooperation relations, which also reflects our previous planning and organisational methods, to the new requirements.

We are looking for people who are happy to help shape change, who want to develop further, are flexible and motivated to work independently. Continuing education and training requires constant and sustained efforts. You will become involved in everyday workflows and be highly motivated when dealing with IT issues.
