To publish an ad you need to create an account for your company on jobfinder.lu
You can create your account while creating an ad or before creating your ad. To create an account click on “Register” in the “Employer” Menu. Fill out the form with the details of your company and your registration information (Email and Password).
Once you have created your account you will be able to log on to the website with your email and password.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgotten your Password” link in the Login page.
Publishing an ad with jobfinder is quite easy and straightforward: Click on “Publish an ad” in the “Employer” menu.
In the first step you will be asked to give a detailed description of your job offer. In the next step you will need to register or log in to your account if you have not done so previously. Once logged on, you will have to review your company’s informations, as they will also be shown alongside your ad. Finally, with jobfinder you can easily request that your ad be published in the next edition of the Luxemburger Wort (usually job ads are published every Saturday)
Once your ad has been submitted it will be treated by our client service. If you have ordered a print ad, we will make sure that an ad suitable for print is created based on the information you have provided. If requested, a final print proof can be sent to you via email.
As a registered client you can you can view and edit the ads you have published. Simply click on “manage my ads” in the employer menu (you have to be logged in); a list of your published ads will appear. Here you can follow the publication status of your ad and edit your online ad at any time. Please note that changes made on your online will not be taken into consideration for your print ad. If you want to make last minute changes in your print ad, you will need to contact our client service at 26 59 80 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
If the ad is already online, you can click on the ad to view the applications you have received from candidates, which you can download directly from the website.
